Ok now. This is an easy part about Japanese. Each letter can only make 1 sound unlike in English where "G" can either be hard -go- or soft -gee- so it's a lot simpler.

A- short (mama)
I- long "E" (See)
U- short (look). At the end of words it's usually silent.
E- long "A" (day)
O- long (low)
G- hard (game)
R- rolled like in Spanish

There is no "V" in the Japanese language and is represented by "B" (Digimon Adventure=Dijimon Abencha-)
Also "R" is usually left out (Wa=Were, Wo=War) and when it is used it usually means there's an L sound instead (Lilly=Riri)
When a word ends with a consonant sound other than "N" or "R" it's ended with a "U" (Final= Fuainaru)
In order to get the long "I" sound (Die) put "A" and "I" (Dai)
Sometimes a vowel is supposed to be held longer than normal. When writing this either add another symbol for the vowel or a dash (Slayers=Sureya-zu or Sureyaazu)

That's all I can think of on pronunciations. If there's something I missed please tell me.
