Konichiwa Minna-san! Sore wa Himitsu desu! Arigatou! Doitashimashte! Do you know what I just said?? Well here's a loose translation. Hello Everybody! That's a secret! Thank you! You're welcome! Yes well this is a place where you can learn -if you don't know any- Japanese. Because it's always fun to throw random Japanese words like Hamushta in your everyday speech just to either prove you're smart -if you know what ur saying- or a real idiot -if someone else knows that hamushta means hamster.

Anyways since I have way too much time on my hands I've decided to help people learn some Japanese so when fanfic writers throw some in OR if you ever decide to go to Japan to buy 21 mangas (Japanese comics) you'll know what they're saying! This might take a while to do cuz I'm still learning it and all but I've translated a bit of my 21 mangas so I'm getting there.

Now that the page intro is over here's some general info on the Japanese language. First off -this seems to be the most confusing thing- they write it three different ways. In Kanji, Hiragana and Katakana. Hiragana and Katakana are easy to memorize but Kanji has over 2000 symbols so yeah, that could be hard to memorize. Another thing, when they write there are NO spaces show when one word ends and another one begins. A good thing about speaking it is that unlike the English language G or A or any of the letters can't make more than one sound.

I'm gonna have a Katakana and Hiragana page up sometime with a chart of the symbols and more info on them. Also if I REALLY feel like it I MIGHT put up all the Kanji symbols -or at least ones that you people wanna know- but just to let you know, anything spellled with Kanji can be spelled in Hiragana -but it's REALLY confusing! Also they'll be a pronouciation thingy and as soon as I find my loverly little Japanese book a "How to speak proper Japanese" as in full sentences and such.
