Kyle is somewhat like Mimi; he complains on the occasion, although he doesn't care what he wears, as long as it is comfy, following the same rule his older sister April does with clothes. Kyle is a good biathalete/triathalete and is good friends with Andrew. Kyle says marathons are only one sport, so he takes on the biathalons and triathalons with Andrew instead. Kyle also builds car models to compete in contests. Kyle always carries a stopwatch just in case it'll come in handy and it usually does.

Kyle's crest of Dependance sort of relates to Joe's crest of Reliability. Kyle is someone you can depend on to get the job done in some cases, and he may not be as confident as Joe will be at some times, but he is a lot more useful than Sora and some of the others are sometimes.

Side note: Kyle's In-Training Digimon, Sprashmon, amuses Horuni to no end. It's the best one yet.
