In 1049 -Digital World time- Austin was surfing on the internet when a digivice and digiegg appeared on the screen. He met up with the other Digi-Destined in the Digi-World and they destroyed the villans. His digivice disappeared after that and the server crashed. Now in the year 2005 the digital world needs his help and his digivice appeared on the computer screen. He upgraded it into the C-4 and was once again pulled into the Digi-World.
